I say USPS. Either first class or Flat Rate Priority depending on if it'll all fit in a flat rate box.

A medium Flat Rate box is 11 bucks.
A large Flat Rate box is 15 bucks.

Otherwise Priority Mail is by weight and zone.

I have no idea on UPS costs.

By the way guys there is currently no way to pack it smaller. There is a lot of stuff so I'll be sending it USPS first class. It'll be slower but a lot cheaper.
