If the figures weren't recarded (and I had $40K laying around) I would actually consider buying that. Sure, it's a bit overpriced, but it would save a ton of running around trying to piece a collection together.

I would guess that the collectors that DO spend that kind of money DON'T spend it in one fell swoop like that. While it would be nice to pick everything up all at once, I'd wager he'd have an easier time making the money by selling it piece meal.
