Still working on this one. Gonna give him a color pattern (probably light blue) and a few other touch ups and addons. No name yet. Recipe: Head - DS Gunner Helmet - Jin Roh Helmet (Thanks John!) Upper Torso, Upper Arms - VTAC Snowtrooper Lower Arms/Hands - McQuarrie Concept Snowtrooper Lower Torso, Upper Legs - TAC Kashyyk Trooper Lower Legs - Galactic Marine Backpack - Galactic Marine Rifle - GTG Blasterman rifle     I was suprised to see that camera could zoom in this close and reveal the eye details that I need to fix!  |

Very cool! I saw it & was like "that helmet looks like them Jin Roh guys." Didn't know those had been cast. I like it!

the head is perfect in this skin tone, never would have thought of a clone repaint

I don't think you need to fix his right eye. He's got all those scars, not out of the realm of possibilities that he'd have a bad eye.
Why did they make all DS Gunners horribly scarred?

The actual DS Gunner (that they based the head sculpt of the stormtroopers on later) didnt have scars. Though the ones that I cast here had some mild mold/casting flaws on the face that looked like scars. So I decided to scar this guy up a bit to make it look like he had actually seen action. That and the head and head gear was perfect for what I wanted, just didnt want him to be a clone.
So what you guys think. This guy good as he is or should I add more?

Ah yes, that's what I was thinking of, the Stormtrooper, not the DS Gunner. Knew someone stuck their face in a desk fan...
I think he looks good as is.
