Boy, thats a tough one.
I'd either go with the white tiger or a regular tiger paint job on him. Or do two figure, one of each, as they both would be cool figures.

and for the triceratops, well, there's all kinds of great ideas in the Jurassic Park: Chaos Effect toyline. really, look there for some inspiration.
that was realistic and paleontologically sound theories in toy form: like academia incarnate.
