Well I promised to get some snap shots of that basilisk and here is what I got. I hope it is satisfactory. I tried my best with my digital camera as there isn't a good way to get screen shots off of the wii.... well here ya go:
well I hope that's enough pictures that you get the general idea. It looks like a big lizard in the front but more like a shrimp from the back.... it has a weird tail and back leg design and the wing/engines fold down when it's landed or walking. It has a "gatling gun" for a nose and in this design it actually has eyes and a "face" where as other designs I've seen online gives it no such detail. Those designs basically have the "head" being just a brisling bunch of guns and cannons and sensors. I personally like the idea of the droid having a "face" and eyes.
To me a "pet" to which a warrior would take into battle and be closely tied to would have to have some kind of vissible "face" with a likeness of eyes to relate to. It's in human nature to connect to something with a face and eyes, otherwise it seems too mechanical and inhuman....
so the next question is how easy will it be to make a custom of this guy?
