GIJoe Ultimate Battle Pack

so I got the Joe UBP which I never originally intended to buy and I'm glad and did. For a bunch of repaints, damn, I gotta say Hasbro did a very good job on these. Cobra Commander is the only loser in the set IMO, one more boring repaint the very first shit CC from the 25th Anniversary Cobra set, it's weak. The Trooper is gonna be turned into a named character and Destro will also become another character, but both figures are way too nice looking to be changed much!

I didn't take pictures of the tanks because 1] I'm not keeping them and 2] they both suck ass (y'all know I hate the HISS 1 in all its color schemes and the MOBAT has always been a piece of crap and still is).

even in desert tan, this Steeler is far nicer than the Armadillo version


Short-Fuze is just what he should be



this is one sleek looking Destro, the Red Jackal inspiration comes through loud and clear!


this is an even nicer HISS Driver than the carded version


this is one goddamn nice looking color variation on the Trooper



and the blue Trouble Bubble needs a much better pilot that it has in these pictures!

I wouldnt mind getting the Short Fuse and Cobra Trooper, but other than that, its hard to justify the price tag.

seems like everything in the multi figure battle packs eventually will be on a card or in a comic pack at some point, I bet if Short-Fuze isn't already slated for another slot in the line yet, it might not be long.
