my first update in about 2 months is this modded Neo-Viper specialized in urban operations. this was one of my lazier figures so far due to a lack op avilable parts and and VERY limited funds (could only get one figure) so hope you like it. also ive refined my camo paint aps since my last update. tell me what you think.
