COMMISSIONER JIM GORDON from "The Dark Knight"...
I had this head from a Plan-B "Emergency" series that was pretty close to resembling some of Gary Oldman's features. Although this is what might seem like a simple head swap, I had to do some carving and sculpting. What was really hard was the eyeglasses, I took some thin clear plastic and cut it to shape, then I used staples for the ear-pieces. One of my favorite scenes from the movie is where Gordon is revealed as the mysterious van driver, then he trains a shotgun on the Joker just before he can get his paws on an unconscious Batman. I was totally surprised, I remember that I kept thinking the van driver had to be one of Joker's thugs. I shaved around the inner socket of the head so that it pops off and can be easily interchanged with either body. I really need to get a better camera, it's really hard to get a close-up, detailed shot of the face. Anyways, I hope this looks somewhat like the movie version of Gordon...enjoy...
