A bit late, but I'd figure I'd get these up. Will do them one figure at a time, starting with my least favourite first. Marion. She comes with a torch (repaint of the Sallah torch), a pile of snakes, and a base. Headsculpt isn't bad and the dress looks good. No wrist articulation though, and her left wrist is twisted at an odd angle. The snakes are a weird colour, imo. They'd have been better in dark green/ brown, not in comic colours. The bases are pretty cool. Lots of detail there. Would have been way cooler if the writing was painted, but that's just me wanting more haha. Curiously, the bases are numbered on the back. Marion is no. 4. Now the downside. The Legs. Look at them! I know what you're thinking. One leg is way longer than the other! and what the fuck is that massive growth around her right ankle!? Her legs look like shit! Her bare foot looks like an ogre's or something. Her skirt is hard plastic so the hips are useless. They could have actually made the legs the correct length meaning you'd have to bend one knee for he to stand up, but no, they decided to sculpt her as a spastic. The lower half of this figure absolutely sucks, and the worst part of it is that it could have been made differently and it could have worked. The serial no "tattoo" on her left calf is a retarded inclusion as well. Fail. 4/ 10

Next up is the so called "ultimate" Indy. I only took one pic as this is just a bash of previously released Indys. The body/ belt/ satchel/ legs and arms are from KotCS Indy, Hands/ idol/ gun/ whip are from Raiders Indy, head is from ToD Indy, and the sandbag is from the deluxe Indy with spike trap, and the torch is from Short round. The base on this figure is marked 3. So not much to review here really. It's definitely the best officially produced Indy figure, but I'm sure all Indy figure collectors would have parted this configuration together already. The accessories are all cool, but there's no uncoiled whip. I dunno why that is but it's kinda weak. So a pretty nice, if uninspired and lazy offering. 6.5/ 10

Next up is Indy in german disguise. The entire figure is just a german soldier, only with a new head, belt and boots/ feet. Why they decided to retool the boots and not the lower legs together is strange; there's no need for the extra articulation (calf and ankle swivel). My only complaint about the figure is the angle of the head. It's in a wierd position and can only swivel. Even though it's a ball joint, it can't move up and down You only get the base and RPG with him. The RPG is cool though. Lots of detail and a seperate strap (not big enough to sling though) It's possible to get a good pose with a bit of wiggling - Again, the base is marked 3. A lot of folk complain about bad paint apps on the head, with the graze on his forehead being painted like a red cross. Glad to say mine is ok and not cross shaped. I like this figure. It pretty much does exactly what it's supposed to. Maybe a removable hat would have been cool, but that's just me being greedy 7/ 10 Edit - added comparison shot

Of course there is two Indy's in the wave. I dont know why Hasbro has to do that. Two (or more) of the title character in each wave.
So many characters from the movies didnt get a figure and here are two more Indy's that didnt even make it to retail.
Still.... I love this set.

They threw the extra Indy in because they didn't have to pay for new tooling, and as a perfect way to con people at SDCC

Satipo. By far the most visually interesting figure of the wave. The detail is awesome. His headsculpt has a pretty decent likeness of the character. I'm a bit pissed that he doesn't have ankle or wrist articulation. They could quite easily have used the lower legs from the Cemetery warrior. It also annoys me that Marion got ankles but really doesn't need them, but Satipo, as an adventurer of sorts, could really have benefitted. Oh well. The weathering, ripped shirt, and rubber jacket are all great. Satipo comes with a newly sculpted torch, backpack, a mass of tarantulas and a base. The base, again, is marked 3. The spiders are an awesome accessory. It's one of those things that you don't expect with figures like this. The backpack is amazing as well. Maybe some removable parts could have made it better, but then they might have gotten lost easily. No biggie. There's also a nice bit of detail on Satipo's belt - Overall, a very solid figure. He might have been a spot higher if he had ankles and wrists. I really like this guy. 8/ 10

In second place is Major Aronld Ernst Toht. The base is marked 4. Toht shares the same mold as the suited SDCC Cobra Commander, only with different lower arms, upper legs and head/s. The overall figure seems a little too grey. He's definitely more black in the films, but I suppose the grey pinstripes added on the figure play tricks with the eyes. The paint apps on the faces are perfect, especially the melty head. The way the eyes are rolled back is awesome! He's perhaps a bit short as well. This also gives him a "monkey arms" appearence. I dunno how tall Ronald Lacey is in real life. Maybe he is that short. He's loaded with gear- A poker to torture Marion - The staff of Ra headpiece - An alternate burnt hand - An alternate melty face - Removable hat and coat - All in all this is a badass figure. Slight points deductions for the hip restrictions and overall greyness. 9/ 10

Toht is one that should have not had to wait for an exclusive wave.
He should have been in the first IJRotLA wave.
Though, he might not have been as cool as this one, they seemed to go all out on bits to go with him.

Lastly, and on top of the pile is the German Mechanic. What a sweet figure. He comes with a monkeywrench, pistol, hat and base. The base is marked #5. The German Mechanic is an all new sculpt apart from the torso that is shared with the Chief Thuggee. This is perfect as it's the same guy (Pat Roach) who played both characters. The likeness is great, and the whole figure is a great representation of the character. Big plus for the closed fist so he can smack Indy about! The Thuggee is a bit taller; though I think they made him taller in ToD as well. The sculpt is pretty perfect. He doesn't have wrist articulation though, but to be fair it doesn't really detract from the overall cool factor. The wrench and Walther are very nice, and the hat fits perfectly without looking dumb or oversized (like KotCS Indy's hat). Overall this guy gets 9.5 out of 10. Just can't fault him. He's beaten up Ultimate Indy too many times to count already haha. He may just have edged out the German bike rider as my favourite Indy figure from the whole line.

Yet another figure that should not have had to wait so long to get made. Fans were screaming for this the second they announced the new Indy toys.

To be fair though, this wave was originally intended to be the first line of toys before it got pushed back.

The last 3 you reviewed are the only one's I'd want. Especially Satipo who would make an awesome ATR survivor. Thanks for the reviews.
