My latest commission piece. Started with an MU Jim Lee Cyclops and everything else has been added. Still needs work on the cape and the collar. More pics on my Facebook page.

Cool, very well done. I still don't understand McFarland not jumping on a whole line of 4" figures. He'd probably not get any decent level of articulation though. Hard to say these days. Halo is done well.

Thatg looks great (and I hate the character so that's saying something LOL). The paint apps are crisp and clean, not an easy task with white on black.

Looks great man! The apps are really sharp, I'd think it was a production figure if I didn't know better.

That looks really cool. Is that an unmasked Spawn head next to him?

Thanks guys, I'm hoping to have him completed this week.
Haha, no that's just a generic zombie head that I'm painting. But it does look like the ol' 'hamburger head' Spawn, lol.

I see hatred and raise you I thought the custom would be bleh just on the title alone. I admit, I was wrong. You did a fantastic job and actually made a figure of a character I don't even like look appealing. If that was on a store shelf I'd pick it up.

Thanks guys... here's an update that I did, added the collar. I've always been a fan of the more stylized look of Spawn, with the big flowing cape and huge, oversized collar. But I think I may have gone a little overboard... what do you think? This was the 4th collar that I did, I kept re-doing it because I wasn't 100% happy with it.

Totally bad ass. Methinks Todd McFarlane would be proud.
Are the spikes made from toothpicks?

Indeed they are... sanded to a point, painted and cut-off. Spent hours doing that part, lol.

If it was any other character I'd say they're a bit much, but for Spawn they're perfect.

Update with newest version of the collar... think he might be good to go: Few small details still to do, but I think I'm about done with him now.
