As requested by JD. I pitched the box already, sorry. Anyway I dig this set. It's got three tall, skinny, lanky white boys who study under Vader (if Vader would just return my email, this could be me!) Here is the apprentice, a kid that was orphaned by Order 66: This is a good all around figure. Would be great for customs, diostorys, whathaveyou:

Of course he is based on the upcoming video game. So as you progress, the things you do determine how your character evolves. So if you choose the light side, here he is as a Jedi:

But if you give in to anger and hate, you become a Sith Lord Which is a pretty cool figure. The lightsaber is awesome and he comes with one unlit that will fit on his belt. It's a shame all the rest of the sabers on his belt are just sculpted on.

so as a Sith Lord he's actually a Ubese sado-masochist? Lame, I'm not diggin' that at all. It's still Sith so not altogether bad BUT it's just not as cool as the design really wants to be.
The all black with fingerless gloves look is pretty cool even if its not anything special. Definitely the highlight of the set. Kinda generic but NOT in a bad way.
The "Jedi" version is really just hard to take seriously... it looks more a mythical Holy Land resident than anything from Star Wars, almost a shepherd without a flock. The fabric part of the robes look out of place and the "hood" is just silly. Crap.
Okay, 1 out of 3 get the stamp of approval.
I'll just hope the "Bad Dudes" version gets repacked on his own or in another set someday. Pass!

Ah, so it's all the same character, I was unaware of that. I thought it was two cool dudes & some goat herder. I'll probably use the standard apprentice & Sith Lord as seperate characters.

well the AVT applies to all businesses (except construction, take away food... ) so i suspect most hobbies are that expensive. i dunno much about them though, do you have any specific hobby in mind ?
i forgot to add that we only have two sales period a year (july and january) during which retailers can send at a loss. even during these monthes, retailers don't go farther that 40% off.

wait 20 percent sales tax. Beware, americans, Hilary and Obama love the french government, Then again, the French are always happy on TV, so maybe it would be a good trade off,

The jedi version is a bit lame imo, but I think the other two are great.
